We are building out the conference halls, networking lounge, press room and exhibition floor to get things ready for opening day. Some exhibitors have already chosen their booth space but there is still plenty of room.

At recent in-person shows we interviewed hundreds attendees and exhibitor and the consensus was unanimous. WHAT DO I GET IN A VIRTUAL CONFERENCE?

The virtual booth gives attendees the feel of visiting an actual vendor exhibit, but they don’t have to walk the aisles of the expo floor and they don’t have to wait in line to talk to a company rep or collect literature. They are also more likely to visit your booth if there is not a sales person standing in the aisle trying to scan their badge.

  • Company Greeting - When visitors enter your booth for the first time, your pre-recorded, streaming media or flash animation will greet and welcome them to your booth.
  • Live Chat - Visitors to your booth will use live chat to discuss your products and services in an open format and interact with each other to exchange ideas or contact information.
  • Literature Distribution - Your datasheets, brochures, presentations and other literature in electronic format are hosted in our expo environment allowing visitors to either view them directly or place copies in their “Briefcase” to take home. The Attendee Briefcase is a mechanism allowing visitors to store copies of all the documents they collect during the expo and download in a single compressed file.
  • Partner Pavilion - Promote key business associations. This special window accommodates up to 10 logos and descriptions of your partners along with links to their web sites or to their own expo booths.
  • Prize Giveaways - Administer promotional giveaways and raffles, customize your giveaway message, and identify visitors who have registered to receive a prize.
  • Visitor Monitoring - During the live event, your company representatives will be able to monitor booth traffic in realtime.   • Twitter and Facebook Links - Invite your booth visitors to follow you on Twitter and Facebook. Newsletter Sign-Up - A great venue to have visitors sign up for your newsletter and updates.
  • Video - Videos are a great opportunity in each booth for a presentation or demonstration of your products and services.
