CMC Media kicks off 7 years of online events with Green Building Expo 2010

GB Expo 2010 is a completely online event that provides truly global participation enabling visitors to interact with other attendees, watch live conference sessions and join in lively discussions from the comfort of their home or office. Attendees can choose which sessions they wish to attend live and which ones they wish to watch at a later time.

According to Conservation International, online events eliminate over 300 tons on CO2 per 1000 attendees.

GB Expo 2010 is the grand opening of an online, interactive environment where green building professionals, educators and vendors will meet in a virtual “city” to learn, network, and collaborate in a real-time environment. Our previous conferences have opened the virtual doors to over 10,000 online attendees from over 90 countries worldwide.

This year's event featured 18 hours of presentations and discussions by green building thought leaders and innovators. The two-day conference was kicked off by a Keynote discussion by Jack Canfield, author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul book series.  Our Day-Two Keynote speaker was Author and Architect Eric Corey Freed.
