I completely agree with you Jos! There is a huge existing building stock in this country with buildings that haven't been renovated in probably several decades. With the lull in new construction that may not bounce back for some time, large opportunities exist now and for a long time in the Operations and Maintenance field.

Is anyone else thinking of becoming LEED AP? I obtained Green Associate accreditation in December and plan on pursuing the Operations and Maintenance track this year.
