About me

The energy crisis is upon us and Thermal Mass Construction INC is committed to changing the way we produce and utilize energy through the evolution of architecture. We believe in a Green economy that maximizes sustainable practices in all aspects of society. We will be the model for what is possible in the Green Home Construction industry by building residential & commercial state of the art structures 100% off the grid that are tornedo and hurricaine proof.

TMC INC is a Green Construction company that has developed a "Thermal Mass Green Building System" that utilizes Geothermal, Solar, and Thermal Mass to create a 100% energy self sustaining and efficient structure. We can also provide varying degrees of energy efficiency to both new construction and retrofitting clients that include pellet boilers, propane, and even eternal flames, if necessary, to supplement the passive solar for heat whuch is connected to a manifold where the radiant/hydronic system collects 100 degrees of water temperature.

All of our structures are cooled by a basement cooling loop that uses the 55 degree soil temperature to dissapate the heat as needed. The system is connected to a thermostat, which is set at (70) all year.
