Got an idea that can make the world a better place? Pepsi is handing out $20M worth of grants to help bring refreshing ideas to life. The eco-friendly soda-slinger is forgoing Super Bowl ads in order to fund projects relating to the environment, education, medicine, etc.

Here's a shocker: People who work 4-day workweeks are happier and more sustainable than nine-to-fivers. At least, that's according to surveys of state workers in Utah, who've spent 20% less time in the car since switching to a 4/10 workweek.
